Position: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Lansdale, PA
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00 an hour

Are you the person everyone calls when equipment breaks down? We're actively seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Lansdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting complex machinery, solving problems under pressure, and keeping production running at peak efficiency.

Job Description:

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of industrial equipment and systems. From conveyors and hydraulic systems to motors, controls, and fabrication work, you'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly. Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery
• Work with bearings, gears, chains, belts, pumps, valves, and compressors
• Maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, drives, and electrical controls
• Perform basic PLC troubleshooting
• Complete welding and fabrication projects using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes
• Cut, grind, drill, machine, and align components as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and lubrication schedules
• Replace worn or damaged parts before equipment failures occur
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring equipment issues

Shift/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
  6:00am - 3:15pm

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Systems preferred
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or facilities maintenance experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, food processing, packaging, distribution, or similar industrial environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Experience with welding and fabrication techniques
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
