You'll manage complex projects, build strong customer relationships, collaborate across departments, and help bring custom signage projects to life from concept to completion. We have a strong training team that will teach you everything you need to know about the process and this industry. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts and custom signage projects Guide customers through projects from initial concept to final delivery Build strong relationships that create long-term customer loyalty Partner with sales, production, design, and support teams to ensure project success Solve challenges with urgency, professionalism, and creativity Become a subject matter expert on products, processes, and customer solutions Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? Education & Experience Associate or bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, business, or a related field with 2 – 4 years of sales experience.
