Job Details Job Location: JHCC-SNF - MILWAUKEE, WI 53202 Job Shift: AM - 1st Job Purpose - The HR Business Partner at OVATION COMMUNITIES will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, providing expert guidance and support in all aspects of human resources management. The role is designed to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of performance excellence and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational performance. Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, providing insights and solutions to complex issues. Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development. Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing any concerns or conflicts. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Manage performance management systems, facilitating employee evaluations and feedback processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR practices. Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and transformation efforts. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, implementing programs and initiatives to foster a diverse workforce. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a business partner role. Proven track record of working effectively with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies. Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Required Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive HR initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations with discretion.
