Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to a highly skilled accounting professional to take ownership of the financial reporting requirements of the company. Duties Manage the Checkbook Register including accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Prepare all data to send over to outside CPA for Month End. Perform daily reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other balance sheet accounts regularly to maintain accurate financial records. Prepare check run for AP for CEO to sign. Prepare Payroll for review. Prepare checklist for month end to send to outside CPA. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) for AP/AR only. Perform detailed account reconciliation tasks in checkbook register to identify discrepancies or errors promptly. Other admin duties as assigned. Experience Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist in AP/AR dept, or in bookkeeping role. Ability to learn and understand ERP and QBO systems. Strong understanding AP/AR and Banking Reconciliations. Demonstrated ability in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation management. Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
