Requisition Summary At Crossing Hurdles, we work as a referral partner. We refer candidates to our partner that collaborates with world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Job Details Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $70–$90/hour Location: Remote Duration: 1–2 months Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Collaborate with top AI researchers from leading AI labs to work on advanced engineering tasks. Assess AI-generated solutions for technical accuracy, rigor, and domain relevance. Provide clear and actionable written feedback on problem sets, designs, and solutions. Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager and research team to ensure all deadlines are met. Requirements PhD in Chemical Engineering. Strong professional experience as a researcher, engineer, or technical specialist. Deep expertise across one or more engineering subdomains. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
