RN - Acute Care Medical Telemetry Full-Time Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care Medical Telemetry, working full-time on night shifts. Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, and fostering effective partnerships with patients and families. Delivering relationship-based, culturally competent, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams through communication methods like rounds and patient teaching, ensuring accurate documentation and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment. Participating in performance improvement initiatives, supporting research, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and legal requirements. Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to other nurses and staff, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment. Engaging in resource planning, protocol development, and evidence-based practice to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Nursing Diploma required; Bachelor''s preferred. RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Minimum two years of direct patient care experience.
