Purpose: To drive growth and profitability for the Temsa NA Spare Parts division by improving, expanding, and enhancing our product offering. 

Duties:

·                  Identify sources for product based on quality, pricing, and need.

·                  Create and launch new product offerings based on market needs, feedback, and opportunities.

·                  Ensure parts and product offerings are appropriately priced for the market.

·                  Work closely with Procurement to stock parts and products for expected demand.

·                  Work with Marketing and Management to market parts and products.

·                  Work with suppliers on product quality, changes, and identification of changes.

·                  Reports on objectives, progress, and performance of initiatives.

Skills/qualifications:  

·                  Creative, innovative, problem solver, self-driven.

·                  Attention to detail.

·                  Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

·                  General understanding of Engineering and/or Mechanics.

·                  Able to read schematics, diagrams, and manuals.

·                  Previous use with ERP system preferred.

·                  Microsoft Office
