Position Overview

We are hiring a Plumbing Assistant looking to learn a trade, develop long-term career skills, and be part of a high-performing team. This role works directly alongside experienced plumbers and is designed as a pathway into the trade. We are selective and looking for individuals who show reliability, professionalism, and the ability to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Support licensed plumbers on residential and/or commercial jobs
• Assist with service calls, repairs, and general labor
• Prepare job sites, tools, and materials efficiently
• Perform hands-on work (cutting pipe, trenching, basic installs)
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Follow safety protocols and company standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

• Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
• Physically capable of demanding work (lifting, digging, long hours)
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional attitude
