Job Overview We are seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead complex automation and engineering capital projects within a fast‑growing manufacturing business that is investing in state‑of‑the‑art technology. Play a vital role in the design, development, and construction of the organization’s largest facility. Lead a team of 5 engineers, upskilling and developing them. Serve as an expert in processing engineering and manufacturing activities, providing a high degree of autonomy to enhance plant performance. Proven background in successful project management. Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering, or a related field.
