The Barista and Cashier role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences within a small independent team. This position involves preparing quality coffee, managing cash transactions, and providing excellent service in a dynamic café environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customer specifications
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver friendly and prompt customer service
- Take customer orders and process them effectively
- Manage inventory levels and restock as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work and customer areas
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
- Upsell products to increase sales
- Collaborate closely with team members in a small independent setting
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in food service
