Merit Coffee Co. is seeking a Lead Barista in Houston, Texas to help launch a new coffee shop. In this role, you’ll lead by example, deliver exceptional coffee, and help establish a strong team culture from the beginning. We’re looking for candidates with previous barista experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Compensation includes a base pay of $11/hour and a training differential of $9/hour during a three-week training period in San Antonio. #J-18808-Ljbffr Merit Coffee Co.
