Lead Barista - West University

Be part of launching something from the ground up. Merit Coffee is opening in Houston, and we’re looking for a Lead Barista who’s ready to help set the tone for an entirely new market. This is more than a barista role — you’ll be a culture carrier, a standard-setter, and a key part of building a high-performing team from day one.
