Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist to join our collaborative imaging team, committed to delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you will adeptly use the latest ultrasound technology to conduct diagnostic examinations, work hand in hand with fellow healthcare professionals, and provide peace of mind to patients through high-quality imaging results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a wide range of ultrasound evaluations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
  • Ensure patient comfort throughout procedures, clearly explaining each phase with empathy and care
  • Collaborate closely with radiologists and other physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic images
  • Maintain and operate imaging apparatus, ensuring issues are reported without delay
  • Keep accurate records of procedures and patient documentation within the electronic medical records system
  • Stay updated with advances in ultrasound techniques and industry best practices
Education Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
  • Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
Required Certifications
  • Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
