Service Cashier/Receptionist
Volvo Cars Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated Service Cashier/Receptionist to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional front desk reception.
- Manage service appointments and schedule customer visits efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Process payments accurately as the service cashier.
- Maintain clean and organized reception and cashier areas.
- Coordinate communication between customers and service technicians.
- Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of vehicle service records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or cashier role, preferably in the automotive industry.
