Executive Assistant

Working with a very well-established, family-owned business that has been operating for 25+ years and has a strong presence within airport franchise operations across the U.S. This is an IN-OFFICE role. This is NOT your typical 9 to 5 Executive Assistant opportunity. One of the biggest keys to this role Being able to successfully manage multiple personalities and priorities at the C-suite / executive level while keeping everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. This person will help support leadership, coordinate schedules and logistics, assist across multiple business operations, and become a true right-hand support person to the executive team. Looking for someone who: Can handle multiple executive personalities and shifting priorities Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is dependable, responsive, and professional Can handle confidential information with discretion Can wear multiple hats and pivot quickly when needed Great long-term opportunity with a stable company that continues to grow and has built an impressive business over the last 25+ years.
