Job Overview A law firm seeks a litigation associate to join its Real Estate Capital Markets practice in Atlanta, GA. Prepare and serve predicate notices and court pleadings. Engage in commercial foreclosure litigation practice. Conduct motion practice and discovery, including e‑discovery. Draft motions with proper citation formatting. Requirements At least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience. Experience in commercial landlord‑tenant litigation. Strong research and writing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must reside in the Atlanta area at or prior to hire. Licensed or eligible for licensure in Georgia.
