Job Details We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented Associate Attorney with a strong background in legal research, writing, litigation, and civil litigation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse team of legal professionals working on complex and challenging cases. The successful applicant will handle all aspects of civil litigation, including research, drafting, and client representation. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role is required. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements. Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, including pre‑trial, trial, and appellate proceedings. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings. Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights and obligations under the law. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and up‑to‑date legal advice. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base and enhance its reputation in the legal community. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Experience as an attorney with a focus on legal research, writing, litigation, and civil litigation. Membership in good standing with the Georgia state bar. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents. Proven experience in civil litigation with a strong track record of successful case outcomes. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
