NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant

THE OPPORTUNITY
A growing NetSuite partner is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Consultant to lead the design and delivery of NetSuite solutions for manufacturing and distribution clients. This is a client-facing consulting role for someone who knows NetSuite’s manufacturing footprint inside out and can turn complex shop-floor and supply chain processes into clean, workable solutions.
You’ll own the manufacturing and warehouse workstreams on implementations, working closely with clients from discovery through go-live, and you’ll be a go-to expert within a team that values deep functional knowledge.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design for manufacturing clients
- Configure and deliver NetSuite Manufacturing, including Work Orders, Assemblies, BOMs, WIP and Routing
- Design and implement MRP / Supply Planning to drive demand, purchasing and production planning
- Deliver NetSuite WMS solutions covering receiving, putaway, picking, packing, cycle counts and mobile workflows
- Run workshops, build test scripts, support UAT and train end users through go-live and hypercare
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, from operations managers to C-level
- Contribute to pre-sales activity, scoping and estimating where your manufacturing expertise adds value
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Partner-side delivery: hands-on NetSuite consulting experience with a NetSuite partner, Oracle NetSuite, or a consulting practice
- Manufacturing: strong functional knowledge of Assemblies, Work Orders, BOMs and Advanced Manufacturing
- WIP & Routing: proven experience configuring WIP & Routing, including operations, labor and machine costing
- MRP: experience implementing MRP / Supply Planning and Demand Planning
- WMS: delivery experience with NetSuite WMS and mobile warehouse processes
- Multiple full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations, ideally in manufacturing or distribution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead client sessions
NICE TO HAVE
- Background in manufacturing operations, supply chain or production planning before or alongside NetSuite
- Exposure to Quality Management, Demand Planning, Advanced Inventory or Ship Central
- Familiarity with SuiteFlow, saved searches and working alongside SuiteScript developers
- NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation
