Contract typePermanentSalary65,000 - 75,000 per annumReferenceBBBH194684Location:Doncaster, South YorkshireGroup FP&A ManagerDoncaster | Private Equity-Backed | High-Growth BusinessAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing, private equity-backed business based in Doncaster.As the business enters this next phase of its journey, they are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded finance professional to join as their first dedicated Group FP&A Manager.This is a newly created role that will sit at the heart of the Group's decision-making, working closely with the Group Finance Director, senior leadership team and PE investors to provide the insight, analysis and financial visibility required to support the Group's growth strategy.The RoleThis is much more than a traditional reporting or forecasting position. You will play a key role in helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and make better commercial decisions.Your responsibilities will include:Leading Group forecasting, budgeting and long-term planningProviding commercial and financial insight into business performanceChallenging performance and working with operational and commercial teams to drive accountabilitySupporting strategic decision-making and investment casesProviding analysis to support the Group's M&A and acquisition strategySupporting the integration of acquired businesses from an FP&A and reporting perspectiveDeveloping and enhancing the Group's FP&A capability, processes and reportingBuilding meaningful KPIs, performance metrics and dashboards for the leadership team and investorsWorking closely with the Group FD to provide analysis and insight for the Board and PE stakeholdersHelping establish the systems, processes and infrastructure required to support a rapidly scaling GroupAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and ambitious, with the confidence to move beyond simply producing numbers and instead use financial information to influence decision-making. You may be an experienced FP&A Manager looking for a broader strategic role, or a high-performing Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner ready to step into a Group FP&A position.ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifiedFP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modellingProducing meaningful commercial analysis and management informationBusiness partnering with senior stakeholdersSupporting strategic or investment decisionsDeveloping KPIs, dashboards and performance reportingWorking in a fast-paced, growth-focused environmentExposure to private equity, M&A or acquisition integration would be advantageous but is not essentialMost importantly, you'll be someone who wants to make an impact.
