Role Description The Industry OEM Senior CSSC Front Line Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, you will serve as the primary front‑line contact for Industry OEM customers, handling inquiries and providing technical and commercial support related to Grundfos products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure accurate quotations and issue resolution. Daily responsibilities include managing customer requests via phone and email, maintaining customer records in CRM and ERP systems, and proactively following up on open cases and project milestones. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives, share customer insights with internal stakeholders, and help train colleagues and partners on processes, tools, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, evaluate requirements, and propose appropriate solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-focused way. Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP or similar) and solid MS Office skills. Customer service or customer support experience in an industrial, OEM, or technical environment; pump or water solutions experience is an advantage.
