This key leadership role manages a talented team in a Shared Service environment supporting payroll, benefits, HR systems, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, hands‑on leader who thrives on building efficient processes and driving continuous improvement within a dynamic, global environment. Responsibilities Lead and develop an HR operations team across North America Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR administration functions while ensuring compliance Partner with global HR leadership to streamline workflows and optimize HR systems Use HR data and analytics to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement Represent the N.A. region as part of the Global HR Operations Leadership Team Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5‑7 years of HR operations management experience with 3 years of recent experience in HR Shared Services Strong knowledge of benefits (both strategic and tactical) and payroll processes Large enterprise experience with at least 1000 employees Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors Benefits and Perks Competitive pay and annual bonus potential Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays and professional development opportunities Career advancement within a global, people‑focused organization Your New Organization Our client is a well‑established global financial services company recognized for innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
