Now Hiring: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Winchendon, MA for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative therapy team and make a direct impact supporting students in an educational setting. Position Overview Full-time schedule for the full school year. Work alongside two other SLPs in a team-based model. Key Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students Manage a student caseload and provide case management Conduct evaluations and participate in eligibility determinations Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team collaboration Provide supervision (if applicable) Maintain accurate documentation and compliance Work Environment Supportive, team-oriented setting with multiple SLPs onsite Opportunity to collaborate with educators and specialists Focus on delivering high-quality therapy and student outcomes Paid indirect time and team collaboration opportunities Requirements Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License MA DESE Certification required Previous school-based experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage caseload and collaborate effectively Interview Process Interviews available virtually or onsite.
