As a salon professional, "PS Pro", you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. Benefits and Compensation In this state, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $22 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure. Built in clientele. Duties Provide a wide range of Massage Therapist services which may include, but not limited to: massage, spa treatments, all aspects covered under state board Massage Therapist license. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community. Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
