BRAND & VISUAL STRATEGY* Own BJAK’s brand identity and visual systems across all platforms* Build a UK-first visual narrative tailored to local users, culture, and market trends* Translate marketing and business objectives into impactful visual storytelling* Develop creative campaigns that build awareness, trust, and adoption* Ensure consistent brand expression across digital, social, product, and offline channels2. CREATIVE LEADERSHIP* Lead and mentor a small, multidisciplinary creative team* Set high standards for design quality, speed, and execution* Review and approve visual assets to ensure alignment with the brand vision* Foster a collaborative, high-ownership, and execution-driven team culture3.
