Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership‑based spa services industry. The Reynoldsburg location is seeking a Spa Associate to provide outstanding customer service and support our members’ experience. Responsibilities Meet membership sales goals Develop detailed knowledge of the services menu – training provided Deliver excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships Work flexible hours as required Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients Maintain spa cleanliness standards Exhibit a positive and energetic attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents Perform other duties as assigned Benefits Hourly wage of $12.00 – $13.00 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses Competitive compensation and potential for rapid advancement to management roles Ongoing training and professional development Employee discounts on products, services, and gift cards Health insurance and paid time off after 1 year of employment Retirement plan through a shared profit plan Compensation Hourly wage of $12.00 – $13.00 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses. Work Hours & Availability Open Sunday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM. This is a part‑time position with required availability during evenings and weekends. Shift types include day shift, evening shift, and night shift. Location Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Applicants must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
