Job Description
The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in both contract and direct-hire roles. This individual will play a key role in building talent pipelines and supporting client hiring needs across multiple professional disciplines.

• Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Source candidates through job boards, online platforms, referrals, networking, and internal databases
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands
• Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing communication and status updates to candidates and employees
• Partner with internal team members to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service
• Facilitate hiring and placement processes for both contract and direct hire opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of service and compliance throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 0-1+ years of experience in professional staffing or recruiting (e.g., business professional, HR, marketing, operations roles)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish relationships with candidates and team members
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of internship experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms
