NUTRITION CARE DIETITIAN

Job Title: Nutrition Care Dietitian – Department: Health System Shared Services | Healthy Community Center. Overview The Nutrition Care Dietitian will support the culinary medicine program at the Healthy Community Center (HCC) ensuring alignment with evidence‑based practices. Duties include screening assessments, individual and group education sessions, participating in cooking demonstrations, and providing monthly and quarterly reports. Responsibilities Support the culinary medicine program at HCC. Conduct screening assessments and nutrition counseling for clients. Deliver individual and group education sessions. Participate in cooking demonstrations. Develop nutrition assessment and care plans. Provide ongoing nutrition intervention and counseling. Produce monthly and quarterly reports on nutrition care. Assist in developing outreach activities and selected program planning. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition. Registered Dietitian credential required. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; 2–4 years preferred. Position Details Location: Healthy Community Center (1039). Position Type: Regular. Scheduled Hours: 20 hours per week.
