Overview Arrowhead’s Manufactured Housing Program is seeking a high‑performing Account Executive who will provide technical and strategic support to Producers and serve as the first point of contact for customers. Responsibilities Prepare proposals to meet coverage requirements for agents and brokers’ risks. Provide advice and recommendations to Producers and agents based on specific and technical knowledge of insurance markets and products. Consult with agents and brokers to evaluate their needs and determine appropriate coverage. Negotiate policy terms and coverage with carriers and agents/brokers. Set up policy files within the established format. Review policies for accuracy. Enter and maintain data in the AMS360 computer system. Set up and maintain the policy renewal system. Submit claims, policy changes, and all surplus lines filing requests to the appropriate parties. Invoice premium within the management system for carrier payments and collections of payments. Develop and maintain positive relationships by meeting with brokers. Assist the Profit Center in reviewing and qualifying new business submissions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 2–5 years of experience in commercial insurance, managing general agency, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred (required within 90 days of hire). Understanding of general insurance processing functions. Broad knowledge of insurance policy, forms, and applications. Knowledge of multi‑line Property and Casualty coverage and products. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks within required timeframes. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Routine or periodic travel; must be able to drive own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Maintain minimum acceptable insurance coverages and limits as defined by Arrowhead/Brown & Brown. Knowledge of AMS360 preferred. Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred. Compensation Pay Range: $65,000 – $80,000 per year. Benefits Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
