Commission Specialist

This position is responsible for researching complex producer/ga/marketing inquiries, to include understanding group or direct markets commission programs and processing rules. Process monthly exception reports and process producer/ga bonus payments. Job Requirements College degree in Business or 4 years business experience. 3 years commission, finance or payroll experience. Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Customer service skills. Preferred Job Requirements Experience/knowledge of TrueComp incentive systems. Knowledge of HCSC marketing and commission programs. Compensation: $41,700.00 - $92,800.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
