Electrical Apprentice

Electrical Apprentice Do you love working with your hands? Are you interested in construction and in becoming an electrician? The Electrical Apprentice position offers a clear career path to becoming a licensed electrician and, eventually, a manager of larger scope projects. Responsibilities Partner with a licensed journeyman electrician and receive on‑the‑job training (OJT) to become a qualified electrician. Assist with electrical installations for multifamily and commercial projects, covering all project stages from distribution to rough‑in, trim, and deck work. Participate in the official apprenticeship program and attend required classes. Apply electrical codes and construction safety requirements on site. Maintain a professional and safe work environment and uphold Power Design’s core values of integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth. Qualifications High school diploma or GED and reliable transportation. Motivated to learn the electrical trade and willing to commit to the full apprenticeship program. Ability to perform physical tasks related to the job’s essential functions. Commitment to learning electrical codes and construction safety requirements.
