We're looking for an Annual Service Agreements (ASA) Renewal Agent to connect with existing customers, assist with service agreement renewals, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.What You'll DoAs an ASA Renewal Agent, you'll play a key role in retaining customers by ensuring their annual service agreements remain active. Your responsibilities will include:Contacting existing customers to remind them to renew their annual service agreementsFollowing up with customers who have outstanding balancesProcessing credit card and check payments over the phoneAccurately documenting customer interactions, payments, and account updatesExplaining service agreement coverage and plan limitationsCreating service support tickets when neededResolving payment issues and following up on outstanding accountsMeeting sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)Maintaining accurate records while adhering to company policies and proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required1–3 years of customer service, collections, sales, or call center experience preferredEquivalent combinations of education and experience will be consideredSkills & AbilitiesStrong communication and active listening skillsComfortable handling customer objections and difficult conversations professionallyCustomer-focused with a positive, solution-oriented attitudeProficient with Microsoft Windows and basic computer applicationsAccurate keyboarding and data entry skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to calculate discounts and process payments accuratelyAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentWork EnvironmentThis position is primarily office-based and involves extended periods of sitting, speaking, listening, and computer work.
