Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Associate with two to four years of experience to join its corporate and transactional practice in Atlanta, GA. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active bar admission in good standing in the State of Georgia. Two to four years of sophisticated corporate and transactional law firm experience. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, financing, securities, and/or general corporate matters. Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Education J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar admission in good standing in the State of Georgia. Skills Strong drafting and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
