We are offering bonus incentives for some territories. We are currently hiring for multiple full time roles, including: Field RN Case Manager Start of Care / Admissions RN RN Preceptor Clinical Associate Clinical Manager These positions require experience with OASIS documentation. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
