About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Credit Risk, Data Science, Analytics, and Strategy to lead the next phase of its credit operating system. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning credit policy and analytics across the credit lifecycle, leading the development of ML-driven credit models, and driving the transition towards more automated, model-driven credit decisioning. This role is pivotal in scaling ML-driven decisioning to ensure that portfolio insights are directly translated into automated offers, pricing, and limit actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit, decision science, analytics, or risk within data-intensive environments, with a focus on applied ML and analytics at the portfolio level. Applicants for this role at the company should have 8-12+ years of experience in a relevant field, with a preference for those who have worked in messy, real-world credit environments. The role requires a leader who can not only refine existing processes but also push the credit strategy into the future and inspire the team.
