Accounting Director: Close Champion, GAAP & SOX Leader

QTS Realty Trust in Overland Park, KS is seeking an Accounting Director to lead month‑end close processes, manage journal entries and reconciliations, and maintain a strong control environment. You will develop and review US GAAP financial statements, partner with Tax, Legal and Treasury on complex accounting matters, support budgeting and forecasting, and assist with audits.
