A leading global quick-service restaurant brand is seeking an accomplished General Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence in a high-volume environment. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant performance, ensuring strong financial results, and cultivating a culture of exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balance of business acumen, people leadership, and the ability to execute brand standards with consistency and precision.

QSR General Manager Requirements and Qualifications

3+ years of General Manager leadership experience in a location with $3 million in annual sales or more
Proven track record in P&L oversight, labor management, food cost control, and operational systems
Strong leadership and talent development skills, with the ability to inspire and retain high-performing teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Commitment to delivering consistent guest experiences and operational compliance

QSR General Manager Preferred Background and Skills

Prior leadership experience within nationally recognized quick-service or fast-casual brands
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Background in leveraging technology platforms, including drive-thru, mobile ordering, and delivery services
Ability to build strong guest loyalty and foster positive community engagement
