Job Description

In this role, you will assist our Production Department, with scanning, retrieving images from different websites, fulfilling orders, maintain incoming data and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support plant and file maintenance activities
• Scan, organize, and maintain documents and records
• Correct and index images from scanner
• Add, update, and manage information across various databases
• Perform general administrative duties and assist with departmental projects as needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, in-person attendance Monday through Friday during scheduled work hours
• Work overtime as needed to meet business demands
• Collaborate professionally with employees, management, customers, and vendors via email, phone, video, and in-person communication
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and responsiveness to team and customer needs

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
