Registered Behavior Technician in Vallejo, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification in good standing
- Experience providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services, preferably within a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in collecting, recording, and reporting behavioral data
- Adaptable and patient, with a passion for supporting students with diverse needs
- Knowledge of IEP processes and experience implementing behavior intervention plans is highly valued
- Deliver behavior intervention services to students based on individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to carry out behavioral strategies
- Collect and document data regarding student progress throughout each session
- Support students in developing social, communication, and daily living skills
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that aligns with best practices in ABA
