Guest Experience Specialist: Museum Admissions & Tickets

Field Museum is looking for a full-time Visitor Services Representative to provide exceptional customer service to visitors, manage ticket transactions, and facilitate the admission process. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma and at least two years of customer service experience. Responsibilities include monitoring guest flow, operating the call center, and assisting in various visitor-related tasks.
