Weekend Nurse Practitioner (1099) Join Wisp as a weekend Nurse Practitioner (NP/MD/DO) on a 1099 basis. Wisp connects patients with convenient, discreet sexual and reproductive care online. We are fully remote and seeking clinicians who are passionate about empowering patients and eager to build a high-growth team. Who We’re Looking For Licensed to practice telemedicine in at least 15 synchronous telehealth states. Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner , MD, or DO with full practice authority in full‑practice states. Weekend 1099 Providers Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 20 hours per week. What You’ll Do Conduct patient consultations via phone, video, or asynchronously following state telemedicine regulations. Evaluate records in our custom EMR, diagnose, prescribe medication, and provide lifestyle recommendations. Follow best practices and company‑specific policies to diagnose and treat patients effectively. Foster an inclusive, non‑judgemental environment by communicating compassionately in our patient portal and answering care questions. Ideal Candidate At least 15 active independent state licenses in good standing (AR, WV, DE, DC, KS, RI, VT, etc.). Completed an accredited FNP or WHNP program with national certification. ANCC board certification is required. Minimum 2 years of primary care or reproductive care experience. 1 year of in‑person primary care experience. 1 year of telehealth or virtual care experience, preferably in a startup environment. Proficient with online tools and technology to support high‑level care and communication. Employment Details Contract (1099) – Weekend shift – 20 hours per week. Compensation: $150,000‑$225,000 annually (subject to experience). Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.
