We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Line Lead to join our production team. The Line Lead is responsible for overseeing daily production line operations, ensuring team members work safely and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards. This role serves as the main point of contact between production employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production line employees
• Ensure production goals and deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor employee attendance and performance
• Train new hires on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Enforce safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
• Maintain quality control standards and report defects or issues
• Communicate production updates and concerns to management
• Assist in resolving employee conflicts or work-related issues
• Ensure proper equipment usage and report maintenance needs
• Complete production reports and required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, walking, and repetitive movements

Work Environment

• Warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
