- Perform functional, regression, and user interface testing to ensure application reliability and stability
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes
- Maintain traceability between requirements, design, and test cases
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution
- Design and implement manual and automated testing scripts
- Participate in defect triage, retesting, and validation
- Create and maintain QA documentation, reports, and status updates
- Support negative testing and usability testing for applications
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, governance policies, and best practices
- Conduct reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections to ensure quality compliance
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into test cases and scenarios
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations , preferably Medicaid domain
- Strong ability to track, analyze, and report defects and testing status
- Experience with test design tools and methodologies
- Hands-on experience in manual and/or automated testing
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes (Waterfall & Agile)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence
- 5+ years working in large enterprise or e-business environments
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Prior experience in government or healthcare projects
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Healthcare, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
