Team Lead

Lionbridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managed Services Technician 4 to join our experienced team. The Managed Services Technician 4 will be a technical expert, responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, providing technical guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality managed services. This role requires a deep technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. What You Will Do Demonstrate leadership ability to assist the supervisor in directing, coaching, mentoring team members that include, but are not limited to, work performance; WIP flow; materials, process and product quality issues escalation; team communication; production outs/build assignments. Assist in coordinating work orders by priorities. Assist in training and cross-training new and existing employees. Aids in enforcing company policy, safety, quality and productivity guidelines. Re-assigns team member/s to different work areas/zones when needed. Participates in continuous improvement activities. Assist the supervisor with any quality issues throughout the production and/or test areas. Communicate with the supervisor on a daily basis any anticipated problems with workload demands or schedule adjustments/recovery plan or any other problem with staffing. B e able to perform Assembly/Test technician tasks within the designated area of production/test when necessary. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor and/or manager To Be Successful You Will Have Able to exercise good judgment when dealing with productivity, company policy, safety, standards, and accuracy. Team player - able to work with people at all levels professionally and courteously Able to accept constructive feedback and implement improvements based upon such feedback. Excellent time management/organizational skills Able to effectively deal with change and shifting priorities High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required) Experience in Manufacturing Environment and/or R&D: 2 years (Preferred) Knowledge in continuous improvement practices (Preferred) Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft products experience preferred - Outlook-Word-Excel- Power Point.
