Part-Time Dental Front Desk Reception/Front Desk

We are a small family run office. The ideal candidate is available on Fridays, is a detail-oriented team player with experience working in a dental office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, greet them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will take payments via check or credit card and schedule appointments via Dentrix Ascend software. You will answer the phone and make outgoing confirmation calls or follow up calls as requested of the doctor. There will be opportunity to be cross-trained and help in the back office on our other days if we find the right candidate, but we need a Friday front desk person to start. Our hours are 8-2 on Friday. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Act as first point of contact for visitors Take Payments via credit card machine Schedule patients and fill the schedule as needed Making confirmation calls, texting back to patient questions Qualifications High school diploma Experience working in a dental office (REQUIRED) #J-18808-Ljbffr
