Vice President, Associate Administrator - Retama Community Hospital

Responsibilities

The Associate Administrator of the Retama Community Hospital serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This role works collaboratively with physicians, nursing and departmental leadership to achieve operational excellence in patient care, optimize staffing and supply resources, and improve overall patient throughput. It leads planning and execution of growth opportunities, including community outreach and physician partnership development. It leads or coordinates process improvements within the areas of responsibility and coordinates joint opportunities among departments where applicable. It acts in the capacity of an Officer of University Health.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalency is required. A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management in a hospital setting is highly preferred.
