Vice President, Associate Administrator - Retama Community Hospital

Position Summary / Responsibilities

The Associate Administrator of Retama Community Hospital serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Community Hospital Chief Executive Officer. In this role, the Associate Administrator works collaboratively with physicians, nursing, and departmental leadership to achieve operational excellence in the delivery of patient care, optimal use of staffing and supply resources, and overall throughput of patients. Responsibilities include planning and executing growth opportunities such as community outreach and physician partnership development, leading or coordinating process improvements within the areas of responsibility, and coordinating joint opportunities among various departments where applicable. The Associate Administrator also acts in the capacity of an Officer of University Health.

Education / Experience

Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalency is required. A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare management within a hospital setting is highly preferred.
