Travel RN – ICU (650) | Trident Medical Center
Location: Charleston, SC
Facility: Trident Medical Center 
Unit: ICU 
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts/week
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 08/3/2026
Weekly Requirement: Every other weekend 

Pay Package:

• W2 Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
• Weekly Stipend: $1,600.07
• Weekly Gross (36 Hours): $2,464.07/week

Unit Overview:

• Unit: 28-bed Mixed ICU
• Patient Ratio: 1:2, 1:3 (including ICU patients and ICU/PCU holds)
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Uniform: Navy scrubs
• Floating Policy: may be assigned to ED or PCU 

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of RN experience
• At least 1 year of recent ICU experience
• Experience with Meditech preferred
• Comfortable managing ventilated patients
• Ability to care for 1–3 ICU patients
• Proficient in reading telemetry strips

Required Certifications:

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIH Stroke Scale

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• CRRT
• Advanced Hemodynamics
• Phlebotomy
• Ventilator management
• Swan-Ganz catheter management
• Impella experience
• Balloon pump experience
• EVDs, bolts (Codman), and neuro monitoring
• Arctic Sun induced hypothermia therapy
• Fresh post-op CABG (POD 0 heart surgery)

• Neuro ICU experience (aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage patients)
