Bilingual Home Care Service Coordinator

Addus Family company seeks a Bilingual Spanish Home Care Service Coordinator to support our mission of helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safely at home. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule in-home services, manage referrals and intakes, and serve as a primary contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients, families, and caregivers. You’ll ensure accurate, compliant documentation, partner with payers and internal teams, and help resolve service issues while supporting a compassionate, mission-driven care environment with training and growth opportunities.
