Assistant Kitchen Manager — Lead & Elevate a Fast-Casual Kitchen

The Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help manage kitchen operations at Hi-Pointe Drive-In, a premier fast casual restaurant in St. Louis. This role requires at least 5 years of restaurant experience, with 1-3 years in a supervisory role preferred. Responsibilities include training staff, managing food costs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a Serv Safe Certification and a passion for creating a positive work culture.
