We work hard to earn the respect and trust of our customers and take pride in providing a world-class shopping experience through sales, service, and parts.Applicants are encouraged to send their resume and any previous related work experience to View email address on click.appcast.io Summary- Assist customers throughout every step of the vehicle purchasing process while providing an outstanding customer experience- Present and demonstrate motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and other powersports products to customers.- Build relationships with customers to understand their wants, needs, and riding interests Guide customers through pricing, financing options, trade evaluations, and purchase decisions.- Negotiate directly with customers in a professional and customer-focused manner Explain vehicle features, accessories, and available upgrades.- Maintain strong product knowledge on current inventory, new models, and industry trends.- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.- Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process Enjoy a career where you get to drive the newest off-road vehicles daily!QualificationsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredTwo to four year college degree preferred, but not required1-2+ years sales and customer service experience preferredPower sports sales background preferred, but not requiredExcellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environmentStrong written and communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProfessional appearance and work ethicCurrent, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Working ConditionsIndoor and Outdoor. Day will be spent at desk working with customers or on the lot showing vehicles.
